Return Policy:
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that a receipt or proof of purchase is presented. If 30 days or more have passed since the purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Upon receiving the returned item, a thorough examination will be conducted, and you will receive an email notification within a reasonable timeframe regarding your eligibility for a return.
If you qualify for a return, the purchase price will be refunded, and the funds will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that this refund policy applies only to regular priced items.
Sale, promotional, special, or custom orders, as well as clearance items, are non-refundable.

Shipping
Refunds do not encompass the shipping and handling charges indicated on the packaging slip or invoice. You are required to prepay and insure all shipping charges for returns. It is your responsibility to safeguard against any loss or damage to the hardware during the shipping process. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and any refunded amounts will not cover the cost of shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
